Preparing for your first class:

Wear comfortable clothing you can move in easily. We also have a large restroom with a changing space in case you need to change before or after class. Bring a mat if you have one, but we have mats to borrow for free. Skylight Yoga is located in the historic Hanscom Park neighborhood at 3018 S 32nd Ave (across from the old Losole Mio, if that serves as a good land mark). Ample parking behind the building, as well as street parking out front. Come right on in — you’ll find a space to deposit your coat, bag, shoes, etc. The entry is visible during class, so no worries about your items going missing during class. After you leave your shoes and things, we’ll help you get settled and show you where the props are located and what you’ll need for the day’s practice. Then, you can simply relax quietly on your mat or chat with the other yogis until class begins.

The space and people are warm and welcoming. Don’t worry about a thing.
