We are located at 3018 S 32nd Ave in Historic Hanscom Park (across from the old Losole Mio, if that serves as a good landmark).

Off street parking is located behind the building, as well as on street on both sides of 32nd Ave in front of the studio.

Our door is the second from the right. Enter the gate to the patio with the stone lion.

You can find descriptions of the classes on our website. Most classes are all-levels. We offer skilled instruction and alignment-based cuing with invitation to adjust as necessary.
A few classes that are especially geared toward beginners/relaxation are the yin classes and often Friday Sessions — check the current Friday focus on the website for details.

We have all props needed for class, including yoga mats, so all you need to bring is yourself. If you have your own mat or props that you love, though, please bring whatever you need to feel supported for your practice.

Each teacher has their own passes and pricing structure. You can find their pass prices on the schedule. Kim’s pricing options are also listed under her teacher link.

Traditional workout clothes are most typical, but please wear whatever clothes you can move comfortably in.

While pre-registration for class is not required, it is much appreciated, as it helps our teachers plan their classes appropriately.
Additionally, signing up ahead of time ensures you’re notified in the event of a cancellation due to weather or instructor illness.

Skylight Yoga Studio is available for to rent for long-term regularly scheduled classes, as well as occasional events. Some common uses for the space include yoga classes or workshops, meditation groups, writing workshops, and sound baths. Contact us with your event idea for pricing and studio availability.
